What is a deep cleaning vs. a standard cleaning?
The deep cleaning is for removing deep layers of dust and grime, restoring your home to a fresh clean.
What is included in the 3 hour clean?
This is up to your needs! Please specify your preferences on the booking form.
How many cleaners will be at my home?
Depending on the size of the home, we send 1-2 cleaners. Smaller teams take more ownership and provide better consistency.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, the cleaners bring all supplies and equipment needed to provide the service.
Do I have to be home?
Not at all! Just let us know how to get access to your home in the special instructions section of the booking form.
Where's your phone number?
Unfortunately our number gets spammed when we posted it on our website, and we don’t have the bandwidth to filter. Our customers have access to our number.
When am I charged for the cleaning?
We place a hold on the card 24 hours before your cleaning and charge your card after the clean.
Do you offer green or eco-friendly cleaning?
Yes, upon request, we can use green, eco-friendly supplies. Please keep in mind that this may affect effectiveness for tougher stains and grime.

We are a small, mom-and-pop business that is proud to serve you! We value each and every customer.
How do I book a move-out cleaning?

We were overwhelmed by all of the cleaning options out there.
We didn’t have time to get a bunch of estimates, vet cleaners, or make a ton of calls. On the other hand, we didn’t want an impersonal online experience that would leave us hanging if something went wrong.
